Flint Hills Media Project

Started in 2010 by Elliott School of Communication faculty Les Anderson and Amy DeVault, the Flint Hills Media Project covers the Symphony in the Flint Hills event as well as the surrounding people and communities. To date, 91 undergraduate and graduate students at Wichita State University have experienced the project, honing their storytelling skills through written stories, photographs and videos, and they have collected and designed those stories into five print magazines.
